[implemented] IsChatLogging
Just a toggle really doesn't cut it. ZeniMax really needs to add some way to check the state of chat logging and set it to a specific state rather than just different than it currently is, whatever that might be. That, to me, is an essential functionality. A system and combat log would be nice as well. It would be nice to be able to log stuff to the system log while debugging, but as soon as I exit the game it's gone. A combat log because not everyone wants to use a DPS meter but it doesn't mean they don't want to know why they just died.
