Video Setting Hotkey

(Request) forgot to put that in title.

I am running an older graphics card. I am able to play in dungeons and such at 45-60fps on Ultra but only get 22-30 open world. I would LOVE a mod that would allow me to make different video setting profile which would be able to be set to a hotkey to load real quick. This would allow us to have high setting inside and lower the quality in Cyrodil to get better fps without having to go into setting to change.

I haven't done any pvp yet but I do play Gw2 and I have to run a separate video setup for doing rvr so I can only imagine that the need to set up a lower quality video settings for pvp maybe necessary and having an addon that would allow us to setup profiles with a hotkey would be great.
