[REQUEST] Stand-Alone Buffs

Would like to see a add-on just for buffs as seen in FTC or WarLegend. I like the square buff system, but do not like the other stuff that comes with the other add-ons. I tried enabling just the buffs for FTC but you are unable to move them around (well at least it did not work for me). Thanks!
