Fast Travel (Jump) to Navigators?

I see that addon users can jump to homes, guild mates, or wayshrine nearest a traveling guild mate. Is there a way to hook into / use the navigator dock travel system?

I'd like to pop up a list of possible dock exits when leaving the Colossal Aldmeri Grotto via ship wheel.

I've tried to find API info for specific locations (example: Wayfarer's Wharf) or specific NPCs (boatswain Captain Carlier). Ideally a place like the wharf would have a specific ID or marker to jump to, but all of that seems to be restricted / private?
