Tracker that only times abilities and not their related major/minor buffs?

I'm looking for something that behaves like Srendarr before this update, or can be set up to do so.

So if I cast Merciless Resolve, Siphoning Attacks, and Twisting Path, I get:

Merciless Resolve
Siphoning Attacks
Twisting Path

and not

Major Sorcery
Major Brutality
Siphoning Attacks
Minor Savagery
Merciless Resolve
Minor Berserk
Major Ward
Twisting Path
Major Expedition
Vengeance
+ whatever I'm getting from the group

I think "Foundry Tactical Combat" got updated so it is able to "strip" these minor buff information.
