[open] GetSelection on Edit Boxes

For EditBoxes we have GetCursorPosition, SetCursorPosition and SetSelection, but no GetSelection. My specific use case would be to make doing ctrl+shift+left/right arrow in the chat edit box (ZO_ChatWindowTextEntryEditBox) respect brackets.
