Site pop up message

Every single time an esoui page opens up I get the following:
Publisher Logo
We value your privacy
We and our partners store and/or access information on a device, such as cookies and process personal data, such as unique identifiers and standard information sent by a device for personalised ads and content, ad and content measurement, and audience insights, as well as to develop and improve products.

With your permission we and our partners may use precise geolocation data and identification through device scanning. You may click to consent to our and our partners’ processing as described above. Alternatively you may click to refuse to consent or access more detailed information and change your preferences before consenting. Please note that some processing of your personal data may not require your consent, but you have a right to object to such processing. Your preferences will apply to this website only.
Why isn't my response being remembered?

Edit - this should probably have been posted in the Site Help sub forum

If your response is not remembered you might have any antivirus, anti advertisement or other plugin in your browser enabled that blocks the saving of the cookies. Or you have totally turned off the cookies in the browser.

Check if it works if you disable all plugins in the browser e.g.
And check if your browser settings allow to stroe cookies at all.

It should be remembered using a cookie I believe. What browser are you using? We are using a 3rd party service to be in compliance with the new updated GDPR ad stuff. I only have it enabled on EU traffic and when testing it seems to remember my response in chrome.

I'm using default Windows security on Edge, no extras installed.

Which edge version are you using? Is it updated to run the Chromium engine of Google already?
I've tested the most up2date version of Edge running the Chromium engine and it works fine.
Press/click the 3 ... and then choose Help and feedback -> Infos about Edge
Newest version should be: Version 84.0.522.63 (Official build) (64-Bit)

If you got an older verison you could try to update it there.
Else check the settings at the same tab, left side, e.g. privacy etc.
Maybe you have disabled 3rd party cookies in general by choosing a strict privacy setting etc.
Or check the website rights section and then cookies, maybe you can add esoui to a whitelist there (if given),
or the checkbox disable 3rd party cookies is enabeld there.

Edge details:
Microsoft Edge is up to date.
Version 84.0.522.63 (Official build) (64-bit)
Tracking prevention is "Balanced"
If I add esoui to "Exceptions", to allow all trackers, it still comes up every page.

Today it remembered my choice. As far as I'm aware nothing changed my end.
