Group LVL and Class

I know there are addons like this or any other UI addon that can do what i need but why all of them a so angular ?? I like the original texture of group frame window. So i want to ask can someone do a addon like this . Just simply add the LVL and class of group member to originall group frame please. And if there allready is addon that can do that, please point me to it becouse i can't find one. Thank you.
