Is there any way to remove this?

I've searched around google with no luck but I've noticed this dark, mostly transparent, foggy border around my screen when playing ESO. In fact it looks vaguely like a stain of some sort. I'm just curious if there is any way for me to remove it. I've provided a screenshot for those who are not quite sure what I'm talking about:

I had never noticed this, but even with the ToggleShowIngameGui() this thing is here.

I quickly looked at GuiRoot, I don't find it. Maybe 3D engine.

If anyone who looked a lot on textures know it's name we could try to remove it.

This thng is also here in pregame (we can see it at char selection).

ESOLauncher has an option to turn off that border shadow in the settings.ini file provided by ESOLauncher.
