Azurah AddOnn problems

I have an irritating problem. Every time I log back into ESO after repositioning my bars to my favoured spots using Azurah they revert back to their original default positions but Azurah doesn't even show up in my settings list with the other addons to try to fix it. Also I now get a 'UI Error ' message when I logon. I am running a Apple Mac computer.

Any advise would be appreciated.

I hope I posted a screenshot correctly.
It is to do with the Azurah AddOn. I also get an error with the ZRMM Map Addon which won't close at all so the ZRMM AddOn is unusable.
