Lightbulb Improving local chat?

So many people are apparently complaining about the missing chatbubbles in ESO.
Mostly because they can't tell who is speaking even when they're standing right next to each other.

The question is, what can we (the addon authors) do about that?

Due to API restrictions, we can't make our own chatbubbles.

What other ways do we have to mark a player that is doing something?
Not many. At least not in case of other players but as far as our own character is concerned, we can do a few things.

So my idea is to make a tiny little addon that does nothing else but automatically make you play some emotes when you send a chatmessage in local chat.
Certainly not everyone will use that but the ones who do should then be more easily noticable when they say something.

To take it a step further, I guess I could also filter the chatmessages for certain keywords or characters to play different emotes based on that.

So before I get started, I wanted to hear ideas, suggestions and opinions from you guys.
Do you think it's worth doing?
Would you personally use it?
Got any other ideas to improve it?

Thanks !
