Cant get Minion to connect because it says its behind a firewall, Worked 4 hours ago

Hi,
I am not sure what is going on, I ran Minion 4 hours ago before going into ESO, and I just tried to run it again to make sure I have everything up to date before going into ESO, and I am getting a warning that its being blocked by firewall. Nothing has changed in 4 hours. And, I checked Windows Defender and its on the the list to let through. So what do I need to do to fix this? I have windows 11 64 home. Everything is up to date.
