Tooltip Rarity Border

Hi

Does someone know if there is an Addon that skins the Tooltip Border equal to Rarity, like the Mythic Items.

No, afaik tooltip controls cannot be changed in their look etc. as we do not have access to them.
We can only change the size I think and a few texts can be changed "before they get added to the tooltip itsself", but afterwards the tooltip is a dynamically generated control with out much ways to alter it.

Adding lines at the bottom is about all we can do via addons.
