Greetings and a question

Hello all,

Recently returning to ESO and new to this community.

For some reason when I try to download any mod the page will behave as if I have started and finished downloading but no file is ever downloaded.

It is not a case of it being in an odd location. I have checked and the files just dont download.

If I then click the "Problems with the download? Click here" I get the following:

"Unable to connect

An error occurred during a connection to cdn.esoui.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web."

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do you use a "Eero" Router?
They got an update recently which block the website cdn.esoui.com.
You need to start the router app/website and allow the website there.

If you do not use an Eero router but any other try to check this router's whitelist/blocked lista and allow this website there explicitly.
Seems to be blocked then.
