How To Fix Dependencies In ESO Addons

I am posting a link for people to see how to fix the addon folder to allow the update of the dependencies/required upload of libraries in order to process queries to ESO. THe fix
is actually relatively simple and I have uploaded a viewable .txt to see how to do it for possibly future updates as well...

well that’s not true. the manifest supports only two api versions and not more:
