REQUIEM [NA Servers / Daggerfall Covenant]

Who is Requiem?

Requiem is a MEMBER-RUN, PvE, PvP, RP, Mature, and LGBT-Friendly guild operating in the hit MMORPG, The Elder Scrolls Online [NA Servers | Daggerfall Covenant]

What do we mean by "Member-Run”?
Member-Run simply means that no matter how small a voice, your opinion or concerns will be heard. This is made possible by the many polls we host to determine fundamental guild direction as well as the close relationships with our members that our community fosters and emphasizes.

In-Game Focus
(these are brief summaries of our main focuses as a Guild):

PVP:
PVP has recently undergone some restructuring to put more emphasis on an enthusiastic PVP community. Please understand that Requiem is not a large PVP centered community with strict and required PVP rules and regulations. We do however have very passionate PVP Officers that work very hard in keeping Guild organized PVP events happening and coordinated. Cyrodiil is a big place and We try our best to get our guildmates acquainted with everything it has to offer. With that being said, steps are currently underway to build a stronger and more emphasized PVP presence. If you love PVP and you want to be directly involved in building a sturdy PVP aspect for our guild - PLEASE APPLY!

PvE:
As we all know by now, the road to Veteran Rank 12 is long and daunting. Fortunately, ESO offers several avenues that we can explore and content to participate in that will satiate any RPG player's desire. Our passionate and dedicated PVE Officer team keep the events rolling with Dolmen Closing, Public Dungeon Clears, Achievement/Skyshard Hunting, Normal Vet Mode Dungeons, and of course, the 12 man Trials ESO Endgame. If you're a fellow Dungeon Rat, or just love RPG games for the PVE aspect - PLEASE APPLY!

Roleplay:
Role Play in Requiem has been an ongoing development. A guild back story is currently being determined but rest assured, this aspect is in good hands as our RP Officer is a seasoned Table - Top RPer who currently runs an out of game Pathfinder based on Elder Scrolls. If helping build the foundations of a RP community interests you - PLEASE APPLY!

Other:
As our current members can attest, Requiem is constantly changing and constantly improving. We have dedicated Crafters complete with a Crafting Request Form structure and two Crafting Guilds with banks filled to the brim with materials to help meet our Member's needs! Come join us and be a part of a rapidly growing and improving community!!

Maturity GUARANTEED:
However over-the-top it may sound, all members, current and future, are required to read and accept a structured and specific Code of Conduct. Being a community that fosters respect and integrity, it must be understood that people come from all walks of life and we have worked very hard to create not only an inviting environment, but a structured and organized community where no matter your background or beliefs or sexual orientation, you will absolutely NOT have to tolerate rudeness or scrutiny derived from how you personally live your life.

What does "Member-Run" REALLY Mean?

It's pretty simple, really.

We believe in the "democratic" style of things when it comes to a majority of our guild-wide decisions (guild bank policies, prerequisites for promotions, etc.).

The way this works:
A member wants to change or implement a guild policy. That member brings it to one of the guild's Officers
The Officer takes the proposed change to the rest of the leaders (other Officers, and the Guild Master).
Assuming it is a sensible idea then it is put up to a vote (or poll) here on the website. The members then get to determine the outcome of said policy change/implementation.
The change in policy is immediately put into effect.

"But wait!" you say. "Not everybody is on the website!"

True. But members who only wish to exist "in-game" and not participate on the website will essentially not have a say in these policy changes.

"But isn't that unfair?" you think.

Not really. Members who have signed up on the website and keep up with the forums and polls tend to be the members who actually care about what goes on in the guild. It's our way of making sure that the regular, consistent, and active members are the ones that get the say in what happens. This also keeps out the potential problem of having a member who only logs on once in a blue moon tipping the scale on what passes and what gets denied.

Questions/Comments? Put ‘em below! We look forward to seeing you in-game!

Very Respectfully,

The Requiem Team

Great Guild

Requiem is a great Guild.
If you are looking for a Active Guild that is player and crafter friendly then Requiem is it.

I am in other guilds that are much larger, but they do not pack the punch that Requiem does.

Give us a look at http://www.esorequiem.us.
