[REQUEST] Is it possible to make the ESO ui look anything like this?

This was almost a custom UI I've used for the past 10 years, it took several ui elements and combined them, but my question is, is it at all possible to make ESO's ui look similar to this?

Sure, but not sure why you would want to?

WoW required lots of precise information, timers, trackers and alerts onscreen to be able to PvP/raid at the highest levels.

TESO doesn't seem to and the stated design philosophy from the devs is to avoid that sort of information on the screen.

That aside, you can find on esoui.com:

• an info bar (top of your screenshot).
• zrminimap.
• A number of quest trackers.
• Alternative frames (eg. Wykkyd's work).
