Abandoned -Personal Assistant- update ?

Personal Assistant is an addon that I've been using since I started to play on ESO.
In fact, I also helped Klingo (the author) for the french translations back in 2014.
Then, I stopped playing ESO for a while.

Since a few weeks, I'm back on the game.
Minion updated itself and my addons, then Personal Assistant was there to greet me when the game loaded.

Anyway, there are a few errors in the translations that have been added with the “new” functionalities.
With Klingo inactive since 07/2017, I was wondering…
Is there a way I can correct the wrong translations and make them available for everyone today ?
Is there any way for me to continue the support/development of that addon ?

Bonus question: If not this addon, which one(s) are you using to cover the same functionalities ?
