ESO Won't Load, Stuck on Start Screen

Hey everyone,
I just got a PS5 and started playing ESO, which worked fine yesterday. But today, It takes me to the title screen and prompts me to press X, but when I do, it just stays stuck on the screen endlessly. Music plays, and snow particles move, but I can’t enter the game.

I have tried redownloading the game, unplugging the console, and restarting it, but nothing seems to help. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Moved to the tech chat as this is not addon related (console, login poroblems).

I'd try to contact ESO support and/or search in the web via search machines if anyone experienced the same/similar problems.
Unfortunately I cannot think of any reason than network issues or server problems.
Maybe try to restart your rooter.
