Problem downloading addons

I looked at http://www.esoui.com/forums/faq.php?..._howto_install

And it says that i need to find C:\Users\< username >\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\

But i look into my ESO folder, and i dont see a live folder? are these instructions up to date? Am i missing a folder?

You're in C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\.

You need to be in C:\Users\butterfly25\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\.

You could also use the addon manager "Minion" to install and update your addons.
It is much easier then downloading and putting the files manager into the directory.
