What combat addon is being used on this page?

I'm currently using FTC and love it, but I have seen the one that is at the link below in a few videos and I'm curious what addon it is.. Does anyone recognize it? It's about 3/4 of the way down the page.

I'm not sure if you are talking about the damage/heal meter addon that you can see on this screenshot at the lower right edge (which is Recount):

Dude, you posted a screenshot with about 20 different addons on it ;-)

WHICH one do you mean EXACTLY? Try to use mspaint and make a simple rectangle around the part on your screenshot that you are asking for. This might help
