Addon detection

Hi. I've just recently installed Minion and can't seem to get it to detect my addons (it only detects 2/5). Is there any way to manually force it to recognize more of them, e.g. by editing the .xml file?

[EDIT]I've now tried to reinstall one of the addons from within Minion, and it stopped detecting the 2 that were correctly detected before...
