[Thieves Guild] Addon to hotkey mementos?

..since unless I'm missing something it appears you can't quickslot them like you could when they were actual items. Any addon maker want to take this one on?

You are indeed missing something

press [i] to open inventory, [Q] to switch to quickslot inventory, then click the "Collectible" filter next to the "Slottable Items" filter.
