[REQUEST] - Controller-Friendly UI?

Does anyone know if a controller-friendly UI exists or is in the works? I've been able to set up an Xpadder profile and for the most part it works great, but when I need to open a menu or start a conversation with an NPC it's kind of annoying. Ideally I'd love to see something similar to how FFXIV implemented controller support with the "cross-hotbar", but I'd be super happy just to get something that would make navigating through menus a little easier. Does anything like this exist?
