Request: Titan Panel-esque AddOn

Greetings Coding Masters!

I have always liked the clean and unobtrusive look of Titan Panel. It was my absolute favorite addOn for WoW.

If you have not seen it before - peek at it here: Titan Panel Pic

It is the bars on the top and bottom of the picture.

Everything you could possibly need to see or check you can display on either bar.

An AddOn like this would definitely fit in with the minimalistic UI of ESO.

Titan panel was good, but I think that emulating the functionality of Data Broker would be way better. It would allow for uniform compatability between different authors addons.

Wykkyd's Framework already had some of this functionality built in, I can only hope that this will be fleshed out into a full API that other authors can code for. So far the addon future of this game seems pretty bright

With some fixes and font and color changes it atm look like this for me:
