Recipe Book / Alt Prof Management

I would love to see an addon similar to WoW's "Recipe Book" that showed if your alt had that recipe.
I'd like it to do that as well as show if your alt has that trait researched. At least be able to list which traits they did or did not have researched in a window so you could open it and check before getting rid of a piece of gear.

That is all really. Just hoping for an Alt Profession manager of some kind!
