addons for castbar and battletext

Hey,
sorry vor my english, im german

Im looking for an addon which gives me a castbar for myself and the target. i couldnt find any addon.
Is it possible that there comes one out in the future?

And im looking for an addon which gives me battletext. not the scrolling battletext, but one like in other mmos (wow, gw2). Is that possible?

Castbars are not possible due to the API restrictions put into place 2-3 weeks ago.

I'm not sure what you mean by battle text. WoW has scrolling battle/combat text.

/edit: do you mean a combat log?

I want a scrolling battletext, but i dont want one like the addon here: scrolling battle text.
For example in wow the dmg-numbers are over the target bzw over myself. in the addon here, the numbers are fixed on the screen. i hope u know what i mean :/

I'm realy shure thats not possible!

Fixed on the screen are as good as you're going to get. We don't have access to the location of the target on the screen.
