[Request]Hotbar always visible

I sometimes forget which weapon set I am in when I am using 2 different bows in my weapon sets. When not in combat the hotbar fades. Could someone create an addon that make the hotbar always visible?

the ability bar? >.> thats already in the game. look in the options.
