Help Please! Action Bar Scaling..

So I just read this post from 2020 that says this "Yes, you can change the scale of any control independently.
Try to type "/script ZO_ActionBar1:SetScale(2)" in chat and it should appear twice as big.
Once you found a number that you like, just put it (without "/script" ofc) into an addon file and you are done."

Now I understand that and all and found that .8 works for me, But the part when he/she says you can put it in an addon file, How does one do that?
