Weapon and Armor types?

So there are plenty of functions in the API that return item info and stuff, but after searching and searching and SEARCHING I could not find a single one that returns WeaponType or ArmorType info!

Has anyone stumbled upon an undocumented function for this?

Welcome to my world... I feel like all the item information in this game is far too limited for the level of functionality that we see in the UI. There HAS to be something that we are missing.

As far as your questions, no, I have not seen anything yet. If I do I will be sure to drop a note in this thread.
