Stuck on Fetching Global Configuration

Hi, hoping to get some help.

Opening Minion get stuck loading, on the Fetching Global Configuration step.

Tried reinstalling, using the 32 bit client, deleting the .xml and getting a new one nothing works so far. Was working fine before this weeks eso update if that does anything.

Especially allow Minion explitily in your antivirus tools, and provide it access to your c:\users\user\appdata folder where Minion is installed + your c:\users\user\documents\elder scrolls online\live\AddOns folder too!

Without info if you read it and without providing your files we cannot help.
Please read the troubleshooting guide and if nothing in there helped you:
Create a new thread including the files and info asked for in the sticky threads.
