I have installed Minion and added AddOns, but they don't show in game

I have verified the folder paths, uninstalled, reinstalled, verified single game installation, verified no double folders. Can't get the addons to work or even show in game.

Please help!

Do you have Microsoft OneDrive installed and enabled?

If you're not sure are you able to find this path?

C:\Users\<your username>\OneDrive\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns
  • If yes, open Minion.
  • Make sure Elder Scrolls Online is highlighted on the left
  • Select "Options" from the tab menu (has a single cog icon)
  • Click on the folder icon under the "Game AddOn Folder Path" option and a browse window will open.
  • navigate to this path: C:\Users\<your username>\OneDrive\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns and click "select folder" at the bottom
  • re-install the addons through Minion
  • see if they show up in game.

edited my post above.

Microsoft changes the default location of your documents folder when onedrive is enabled and Minion currently does not automatically detect that. So the above should tell you how to change the AddOn Folder path in Minion for ESO so it can save the addons in the proper place. I have a ticket in our backlog to add a feature to Minion where it will automatically detect this.

Please stop repeating the same questions in several post in short time, this counts as spamming.
You will find a lot of informatiin how to find the correct addon folder in trhese foruims by using the forum search and just searching for addon folder or addons not fount.
There recently were some threads about the same topic so please use the search and check the help section as well:
https://www.esoui.com/forums/faq.php..._howto_install
https://www.esoui.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8082
https://www.esoui.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9406

If you have moved your folder you do not need to reinstall the game. It makes no difference as the addons folder is not the game folder!

Simplest idea to find the addons folder which the game detects:
Just check via a screenshot taken ingame e.g. which folder is shown as screenshot folder. 1 folder above (parent) should be the folder where your "AddOns" folder is located.
Everyhting else is described in the links above.

Just change the adons folder in Minion than and rescan it then.

P.S
OneDrive is not needed to run Minion! It's a microsoft cloud software. If you do not want to use it, deinstall or disable it.
In the OneDrives ettings you will also find a checkbox to NOT move your users/documents folder to OneDrive. Check the OneDrive help and websites for more info please.
