Enhanced blood?

Hey guys,

In Skyrim we have a couple of mods that bring out more gore (well, just blood) in the game. Blood splatters in weapons, the ground, body etc.

Can this add on be made? i know add ons are strictly for UI, but what about small graphical enhancements?

It would be possible to add effects like in Spartacus where blood splatters on the camera. But otherwise, would definitely be unable to look even semi-realistic.
