[outdated] Event_kill_spam

Hi,
I'm still hoping than Zenimax will restore the event Kill_spam. The game doesn't provide good informations on who your group are killing or who killed your group. You can look the name of your target, but nothing more… And as many people, I hate fighting anonymous players.

So please Zenimax, bring back EVENT_KILL_SPAM.
