Taking over abandoned addon "Mute Bards"

It seems that Mute Bards was last updated in 2015 and there are many comments asking for more cities/areas to be added to the list. I have rewritten the code entirely and gotten it to a working state where users can control their own list of bard-muted zones in-game. The original author appears not to have logged in to ESOUI for many years, having not responded to requests for updates since 2015.

I'd like permission to take over that mod so that users don't have to install a competing mod. The code I've written is entirely new code so there shouldn't be any issues with licensing (their version didn't have a license anyway).

Hi, please read this sticky thread about taking over addons and try to contact the author first as described.
If he/she is not responding follow the extra info provided at the link below how to get added to the team of the addon, instead of creating any new ones.
