Minion suddenly doesnt open

Since 2 days Minion just doesnt start. I have reinstalled, tried to start as admin, installed the 32 bit version. Disabled windows defender and my antivirus; downloaded the latest java. The log file just says:

INFO 2020-02-19 22:37:52,908 [JavaFX Application Thread] gg.minion.Minion:start(43): Attempting to start Minion...

There is also no .xml file inside the .minion folder. I know there are many threads around, but non of them help solve this problem (which many in the other threads seem to have). I would like to know how to solve this and if any other info is needed, ill gladly supply.

Either it is the java ipv4 problem mentioned inside the Minion troubleshooting sticky thread.

Or I remember there was once a similar problem and the guy resolved it only this way:
Create a new windows user. Login with this user, install Minion 32bit version, start as admin, update addons from this windows account, copy them over to the other accounts live/AddOns folder.

Mayabe this helps.
