Adding pictures to posts?

Not sure if this goes here. If not please move it to the appropriate section.

When I am reading through threads I notice people adding pictures to their posts. How do I do it? I have tried to figure it out but I do not see where it allows me to add any screenshots by uploading them.

When you open the 'Reply' or 'Create Thread' editor, you'll get this UI:



Click the 'Add Image' button, which looks like a Mountain. I've underlined it in red:



Then, enter the URL of the image you want to embed in the post.

Oh so I would need to upload the image somewhere else and then link to it in my post?

Yes. Imgur works best, in my honest opinion.

Or you can just attach it to the post. Look down below this message box, see the 'attach files', use that.

See the box outlined in red. Click that, then click the 'Browse...' button to locate the image. Same result as uploading.
