Delay between Refine/Deconstruction

for now it has a slider for it
like from 0 to 1000 ms



but looks like its not working - the same default speed

and the same kick for spam if you refine/deconstruct alot at once

I'll see if I can change it but got no 100+ items to test it

you dont need 100+ items, just a timer

to compare low settings 0 sec with maximum settings

Ok, tested it. Enhanced the slider to be able to wait for 10 seconds.
It is working fine. Each extraction waited for 10 seconds then.

I've fixed some smaller code issues and I'll release a newer version then.
Please change the slider in the options after updating! Maybe it's a bug with the saved variables.
