GIMP DDS export settings for ESO map pins

Hi.

I have tried a bunch of different settings, but can't get them to work.
I read in another thread that I should use a DX5 setting. Tried all available.
I use GIMP v2.8.6 with the latest extensions package available.

The graphics is a 64x64 pixel png with transparency (alphachannel).

It's as if there are some strange data hiding in the png file, as I have the same issue using paint.net.

I have attached the file in question, if anyone can pinpoint what is going on.

I would also like a complete guide for exporting DDS files using GIMP (don't like paint.net).

Do not forget that you have to restart game client to load new textures.
