Cannot get TTC to work

I reinstalled TTC along with the dependency addons. Have followed the installation instructions exactly and each time I log into the game I have a Error dialog box telling me to run the exe file in the Addon folder.

I have done the reinstall a number of time with a PC restart in between and still get the same result. Could the issue be due to the LiMainMenu-2.0 being disabled in game?

I have attached the error message.

Hoping someone can help me.
