Manipulating friendlist tooltip

I've been searching both on wiki and on google for a way to manipulate the tool tip on my friend list and add something costume that i want.

It's my first time making an addon and bothering with lua, though i do have some previous experience with programming, yet i find it hard to find a way to manipulate it.

I downloaded other addons that manipulate toolstips for crafting, but they are using the ZO_ItemToolTip or the ZO_PopupToolTip command and i can't find any similar for friend list.

Any help is appreciated.
