In-Game Map for 2nd Monitor

There are few games out there that have tried implimenting the use of a second monitor with HUD, Map, or other must-know game info that you don't want clogging up your main screen. I for one would LOVE (and I KNOW I'm not alone!) An easy-to-use addon that would make it possible to make more use of my second screen. Please help us!

From what I can still tell, you can only stretch the main UI across multiple screens. There is no way to use two screens with one solely the environment and one that contains windows.

I agree. WoW could do this because their API allowed you to change the viewport settings (how large the world was displayed) you could shrink it down to 800x600 and still have all your UI elements outside of that area. From what I understand there is no way to change the viewport in ESO.
