Please add auto dependency download minion is already a wonderful software for managing eso but it really needs that feature. Also I think i figured out the issue with it not detecting eso for some reason eso doesn't create text files like AddOns .txt Errors .txt and others because I had the same issue then made those files myself and it fixed detection.
