Minion Issues Please Help!

Hello everyone
I had problems to update my minions, the program was not opening it was runing and running for hours and no response. so after I lost hope I deleted the minion and download it again. My problem is that when i open my documents in the Elders scrolls live addons I see all my addons there. BUT i cannot see them when I run the program to update is completely empty.
Any help please?
