Finding out if chat is open

I'm pretty new to making addons, so forgive me if it seems too obvious, but: is there a way to detect wether the chat window is open, i.e. if the player is typing something into chat?

ZO_ChatWindowTextEntryEditBox:HasFocus() should return true.
