Debuff duration

Hi,
is it possible to get the duration of a debuff a skill causes?

For example: I have Searing strike(Deals 32 damage over 8.5 seconds) in my actionbar on button 3... Is it possible to get those 8.5 seconds from the skill via lua?

Not really, but you can get the skill and the level and hardcode in the LUA file what the skill does.
