[Request] Custom Nameplates

I would love to see a nice nameplate addon like we had in wow e.g. KuiNameplates. I have found the default nameplates lacking many options i was used to have in WoW (buffs/debuffs, level, health, target glow. etc.).

Is it possible to create something similar in ESO or is the API not allowing to change the nameplates? :-)

It is less about 'forgetting' the addon community as it is them wanting it like that.
