[Request] Extended Action Bars

Hello,

I have a really interesting addon request.

an addon to show both Action Bars of both weapons.
ingame example

-both bars of both weapons will be shown on the screen.
-the active will be colored and the second one will be greyish.
-if weapons are switched colors change.
-option to move bars (lock/unlock).
