Request: Stat Bar Features for AUI/Bandits/LUI extended

Hi all,

I am interested in two things:

1. An option that changes the color of a stat/attribute bar based on percentage remaining, i.e. color gradient.

2. Showing ticks/lines on unit frames much like the Improvised Healthbar mod achieves (which works, but is discontinued and has a limited feature set).

Is this a reasonable request?
