[BUG] ViewGit doesn't handle branches

If you try to view a non-mainline branch in Viewgit (by ref name. Hash reference works, though you have to manually create that if the branch isn't on mainline), it won't view it.

Example:
This hash reference works (so it is present):
http://git.esoui.com/?a=commit&p=LAd...7bec12f2489c5b

This reference by branch does not work, which is what's generated by the summary page:
http://git.esoui.com/?a=shortlog&p=L...s/heads/Garkin
